We didn’t realize that during the years of patching we had 3 layers of shingles on our roof,that caused a cracking in the wood.
Reached out to California green roofing in order to fix it,they did not charged us extra for the weight of the trash as a good gesture for my parents since Erik the guy on site was amazingly respectful and verbally gentle with my old man and I found that unusual and when I asked Erik why he replied “I see them as my parents” and that hit me hard.
I would like to point out the price was reasonably fair and fast and they started working the following day which I found very professional!
